Components of the photovoltaic modules

Quality and performance

- Solar quality glass, thickness 3.2 mm,
- Assembly Glass-EVA-Backsheet made under vacuum for an excellent encapsulation of the cells,
- Resistance to extreme climatic conditions (5400 pa),

Standard frame : Strong and universal

This frame gives the advantage to being compatible with most of the roof integration structures available on the market. It offers an important mechanical resistance.

The Standard frame is constituted by 4 aluminum profiles anodized assembled in SILLIA VL’s factory. Easy to install, this frame is perfect for the large scale photovoltaic fields. It is adapted to an implementation in roof or on the ground.

Light and strong, this frame is available in black or in grey, it is compatible with the whole range of photovoltaic modules SILLIA VL.

Certification

Certification initiative

LOGO CERTISOLIS Each SILLIA VL photovoltaic module has been certified by the TUV Intercert. This organism is authorized to validate the conformity of products with international standards.

SILLIA VL’s products are certified IEC 61215 and IEC 61730 parts I et II.

This initiative of systematic certification assure to our customers an optimal placement with the financing bodies and the insurances.

SILLIA VL develops its distribution network abroad and helps its customers on the international markets. We offer products corresponding to every standards. For example the PV modules 60M and 60P are certified by the BABT for the MCS010 and MCS05 standards. Those products can be sell in Great Britain.

Construction component

The CSTB‘s mission is to promote the safety and the sustainable quality of the construction. It delivers the ATEC which brings guarantees for the launching of innovative solutions on the Fench market.

SILLIA VL is working with several partners, manufacturers of roof integration solution. This initiative aims at certify our products as contruction components and validate Building Integated PV solutions.
